SLPA-N50
The medium-scale PREP system (SLPA-N50) is purposely designed for continuous, industrial mass production of high quality spherical metal powders with the following characteristics:

SLPA-D30
The small-scale PREP system (SLPA-D30, desktop level) is purposely designed for R&D of novel alloy powders and small batch production of high quality powders with the following characteristics:

SLPA-N75
The large-scale PREP equipment (SLPA-N75) is purposely designed for continuous, industrial mass production of high quality spherical metal powders with the following characteristics:

SEBM-T200
Our powder bed selective electron beam melting 3D printing system – T200 is suitable for low-cost rapid printing and forming with the metal powders, such as Ti6Al4V(TC4), Ti600, TiAl intermetallic compounds, copper alloys, stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, refractory metals, high entropy alloys, hard alloys and other materials. The main technical characteristics are as follows:
- Equipped with a high-power and long-life intermittent heating electronic gun, it can quickly preheat a powder bed with a width of 200mm x 200 mm to above 1100 ℃ to achieve the higher dimensional accuracy of formed parts;
- Forming in a vacuum environment results in higher purity and cleanliness of the formed parts;
- The maximum power is 6kW, with higher energy absorption and utilization efficiency (electron beam to material);
- The powder bed temperature is ≥ 1100 ℃, which allows the printed parts to have lower forming thermal stress and residual stress;
- More formable materials, including but not limited to Ti6Al4V(TC4), Ti600, TiAl intermetallic compounds, copper alloys, stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, refractory metals, high entropy alloys, hard alloys, etc.
- The up-to-down powder feeding method is applied, so the powder quantity in the powder bin can be detected in real time;
- Equipped with brand new powder recycling equipment, the powder removing process after printing is more efficient and convenient;
- Our SEBM printing system with independent intellectual property rights can independently adjust process parameters to adapt to the development of different material forming processes.
SEBM-Y150 / Y150Plus
SEBM-Y150/Y150Plus is specially designed for precise manufacturing / printing, such as orthopedic implants, high-precision small parts for aerospace/military/industry, etc, which is also good for the users who want to develop new materials for PBF-SEBM technology with lower cost.
The characteristics of SEBM-Y150/Y150 Plus are as follows:
- can print the parts with metal powders, including but not limited to refractory metals, zirconium alloys, titanium alloys, pure copper, high-temperature alloys, TiAl intermetallic compounds, etc.
- The printing/forming process parameters are open-source;
- The diameter of the beam spot is finer, the forming accuracy is higher, and it is more suitable for the forming of implants with bone trabecular structures;
- The formed parts can be directly separated from the bottom plate without extra machining, effectively avoiding secondary pollution;
- Equipped with active cooling, the cooling speed is increased by 30%, which improves production efficiency;
- Specially suitable for high-quality forming of active, high melting point medical materials such as Ti6Al4V(TC4), CoCrMo, Ta, etc;
- After high-temperature preheating, the powder will bond together with a certain strength, and the parts have little dependence on support. and they can be stacked and printed to achieve the high production efficiency.
SEBM-H400
SEBM-H400 is developed for printing large-size complex parts or seriesly printing small-size and medium-size complex parts with a bigger forming chamber for aerospace/military/industry, etc, which is also good for the users who want to develop new materials for PBF-SEBM technology with lower cost.
The characteristics of SEBM-H400 are as follows:
- can print the parts with metal powders, including but not limited to refractory metals, zirconium alloys, titanium alloys, pure copper, high-temperature alloys, TiAl intermetallic compounds, etc.
- The printing/forming process parameters are open-source;
