The medium-scale PREP system (SLPA-N50，Medium-sized) is purposely designed for continuous, industrial mass production of high-quality spherical metal powders.

The large-scale PREP equipment (SLPA-N75) is purposely designed for continuous, industrial mass production of high quality spherical Titanium alloy powders.

Принцип процесса плазменного вращающегося электрода (PREP)
Высокотемпературная плазменная горелка расплавляет один торец высокоскоростного вращающегося электродного стержня, затем жидкая пленка расплавленного металла вылетает и распадается на капли под действием центробежной силы, создаваемой высокоскоростным вращением. Некоторые капли будут сталкиваться с молекулами инертного газа и разбиваться на более мелкие капли. Все эти капли под действием поверхностного натяжения во время полета постепенно затвердевают и приобретают сферическую форму, достигая в конце концов стенки распылительной камеры и охлаждаясь в сферические металлические порошки.
